BBQ Grilled Ribeye Steak Wraps

What You’ll Need To Make A Grilled BBQ Grilled Steak Wrap:

  • 1 Beef Ribeye Steak (1 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 Onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 each Green and Red Pepper, quartered
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 8 pieces of Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps To Make The Grilled BBQ Grilled Steak Wrap:

Step 1: Heat your greased BBQ grill to medium heat.

Step 2: BBQ the ribeye steak for 1 min before adding your favourite vegetables to grill.

Step 3: BBQ your ribeye steak and vegetables for another 8 to 10 minutes or until your steak is at medium doneness and the vegetables are crisp-tender. Note that you should remember turning your BBQ foods occasionally and brush them frequently with BBQ sauce for the last 5 minutes.

Step 4: Let your steak rest aside before cutting all your BBQ foods into bite sized pieces.

Step 5: Spoon BBQ meat and vegetables onto tortillas.

Step 6: Top your freshly made steak wraps with cheese and roll them up!
